Experience

During the course of his career, Mr. Rossman has engaged in a diverse commercial litigation practice. He frequently represents corporate entities, from international companies to closely held companies and individuals, on a wide range of corporate and complex litigation matters including catastrophic loss, business litigation, insurance coverage, professional liability, shareholder disputes, labor and employment issues, complex construction, retail store liability, and white collar crime.

Mr. Rossman has first chair trial experience and has served as lead counsel in successfully litigating matters in a variety of state and federal courts. 

Mr. Rossman has also served as general counsel to small companies where he advised on human resources, compliance issues, risk management, and legal issues that arise in everyday company life. 

While in law school, Mr. Rossman served as Senior Associate Editor to the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, Communications Director for the Moot Court Board, and competed nationally for the school’s moot court team. 

Mr. Rossman also served as an adjunct professor at the Seton Hall University School of Law from 2010 – 2013.
